1. There are fixed set up costs. So the higher the quantity, the more these costs are spread out.

2. Establish a budget and quantity before you look. This will help narrow your focus. Use the pricing grids as guides. Set up, screen, plate, and shipping costs are usually additional.

3. More than 1 color imprints will incur additional set up costs.

4. Start planning early. Allow a minimum of 10-15 business days to locate, purchase, and receive your promotional products. You will save money. Items can be produced more quickly, but rush charges and expedited shipping will add significantly to the cost.
